Eternal The Brand is a handmade pipe-cleaner flower shop based in Cairo, Egypt. For anything about your data, email info@eternalthebrand.com.

When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and city, any gift message or special request, the items you chose, and the payment screenshot you upload. A payment screenshot can show your bank or InstaPay details.

When you ask us to design a bouquet: your answers to the questionnaire, your contact details and any reference photos you attach.

When you contact us, join the newsletter or leave a review: what you type into that form.

When you browse: an anonymous daily visit counter made from a one-way code of your connection and browser. We never store your IP address, and the code changes every day, so it can't identify you or follow you across days. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how the site is used (see Cookies).

Your browser keeps your cart, wishlist and, after your first order, your delivery details, so you don't retype them. These stay on your device and reach us only when you place an order.

To make, deliver and support your order; to check your payment; to reply to your messages and requests; to send order emails; to send offers only if you joined the newsletter; and to understand which pages and campaigns work so we can improve the shop. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Service providers that run the shop for us: our hosting provider (OVH), Cloudflare (file storage and backups), our email provider (GoDaddy), Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies), and Anthropic, whose AI tools our team uses to manage orders and translate the site and which may therefore process order details. Each of them handles the data only to provide their service to us.

We share information with authorities only when Egyptian law requires it.

Payment screenshots: until your order is finished (delivered or cancelled). Then they are removed from our systems, and a copy is kept only in our business email as the payment record.

Order records: as long as Egyptian tax and accounting rules require.

Messages and bouquet requests: while we need them to help you, and deleted on request.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, using the link in any of our emails.

Google Analytics data: according to Google's retention settings, at most 14 months.

We use a few cookies to remember your language and preferences and, if you accept, analytics cookies that help us improve your experience. Your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's cookies.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave (for example to the newsletter or analytics). Email info@eternalthebrand.com with the email you used and, for orders, your order number. We reply within 30 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as order records.

The site uses HTTPS. Uploaded files sit in private storage that isn't publicly listed, the admin area is hidden and password-protected, and only our team can see your orders.

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date below.
