    The moment your order is delivered, your Eternities are added and we email you your balance.

    At checkout, switch on "Use your Eternities" and the discount comes off before you pay, from 100 Eternities.

What they're worth

Each Eternity is worth EGP 1. An order of EGP 1,000 earns 100 Eternities, worth EGP 50 off your next one.

No passwords: sign in with your email and we'll send you a code, and your balance and every order are there. Or open Track Order with your email and any order number.

Good to know

  • Eternities never expire.
  • They're earned on the items, not delivery, and added when the order is delivered.
  • You can spend them from 100 Eternities (worth EGP 50), up to the price of the items.
  • If an order is cancelled, Eternities spent on it come back to you, and any it earned are taken back.
  • They belong to the email you order with, and can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another email.
  • Eternal may change the programme; any change will be posted on this page, and Eternities you've already collected stay yours.
