Every Eternal flower is handmade in Egypt from pipe cleaners (chenille stems) shaped around a wire core. They never wilt, need no water, and keep their colour for years, which makes them a keepsake rather than a bouquet that lasts a week.

We currently deliver in Cairo and Giza. You can pay the full amount by InstaPay, or choose cash on delivery and pay a 20% deposit in advance to confirm your order; the other 80% is paid on delivery.

Yes. We make graduation bouquets with caps and figurines, engagement ring trays, katb ketab and bridal bouquets, framed flowers and giveaways. Pick one from the shop, build your own, or book a consultation and we design it with you.

A gentle pass with a hairdryer on its coolest, lowest setting works beautifully, and a soft makeup brush swept between the petals reaches the finer spots. Because every Eternal flower is handmade from chenille stems, please avoid water and cleaning sprays — dry care is all they ever need.

They are made to last. Unlike fresh blooms, pipe-cleaner flowers never wilt, and their colours stay rich for years. To keep them at their very brightest, display them away from strong direct sunlight, which can slowly soften any dyed material over a very long time.

Yes — that is part of their charm. Every petal and stem is built around a wire core, so you can gently coax it back into shape with your fingertips. Work slowly, support the base of the petal as you go, and a light touch will restore the original silhouette in seconds.

Every piece is made by hand, so please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order, plus 2–5 business days in transit depending on your area. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number as soon as your flowers are on their way.

Of course. Every order comes with an order number, sent to your email at checkout. Visit our Track Order page, enter your order number and email address, and you will see exactly where your flowers are — no account needed.

We do, and we love it. Add your message at checkout and we will tuck a card into the wrapping, with no prices anywhere in the parcel. Your flowers arrive ready to be given.

Every piece is handmade to order, so we don't take returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Every piece also has a 1-year guarantee.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it: open Track Order, enter your email and order number, and tap Cancel Order. Whatever you paid, the full amount or the 20% deposit, is refunded. After 24 hours it can't be cancelled online, so contact us; from then on the deposit of a confirmed order is non-refundable.

Contact us and we will help where we can. If the piece has to come back to us for the change, the delivery and collection costs are on the customer.

Yes, every order comes with a 1-year guarantee. If something goes wrong within a year of delivery, send us your order number with photos or a video of the issue, and our team will look at it and help.
