A gentle pass with a hairdryer on its coolest, lowest setting works beautifully, and a soft makeup brush swept between the petals reaches the finer spots. Because every Eternal flower is handmade from chenille stems, please avoid water and cleaning sprays — dry care is all they ever need.

They are made to last. Unlike fresh blooms, pipe-cleaner flowers never wilt, and their colours stay rich for years. To keep them at their very brightest, display them away from strong direct sunlight, which can slowly soften any dyed material over a very long time.

Yes — that is part of their charm. Every petal and stem is built around a wire core, so you can gently coax it back into shape with your fingertips. Work slowly, support the base of the petal as you go, and a light touch will restore the original silhouette in seconds.

Every piece is made by hand, so please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your order, plus 2–5 business days in transit depending on your area. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number as soon as your flowers are on their way.

We do, and we love it. Add your message at checkout and we will tuck a card into the wrapping, with no prices anywhere in the parcel. Your flowers arrive ready to be given.

If your flowers arrive damaged or are simply not what you hoped for, let us know within 14 days of delivery. All you need is your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.
